Candidates will either be engaged in theological training or have completed their theological education. Theological training may be provided by our partners, Union School of Theology or Crosslands Seminary, or another approved institution.
The residency aims to develop people in knowledge, character and skills through structured experience, training, and mentoring. It will run for one or more years depending on the candidate.

The south central ministry training course
Trinity Church is a member of the South Central Gospel Partnership. As part of this we encourage people who are able to attend the SCGP Ministry Training Course.
